This includes black industry protection technology, an AI machine review system composed of hundreds of risk control models, a professional manual review team, and a complete appeal review mechanism. These measures not only improve the authenticity of the evaluation, but also make up for the limitations of the algorithm in identifying subjective evaluations, ensuring the health and fairness of the platform's evaluation ecology.
In response to the "bad review harassment" phenomenon that users strongly reflected, Dianping has adopted a multi-pronged governance strategy. Through algorithm identification, user information protection and severe merchant penalties, the platform warned more than 30,000 merchants and punished 13,500 illegal merchants throughout the year. At the same time, the platform also hides sensitive information from users, effectively reducing the risk of harassment. In addition, Dianping and merchants jointly promoted the "anti-evaluation intra-volume" action, encouraged merchants to replace competition by improving service quality, and established a special "merchant governance team" to optimize the cooperation mechanism.
