An eye rest reminder software (Windows) based on the 20-20-20 rules helps you maintain a healthy working state and track your eye use every day.
You can set the reminder interval time (default 20 minutes) and the rest time (default 20 seconds). When the program starts to count, every time the reminder interval time is reached, a window covering the full screen will pop up to prompt that it is time to rest. By default, you can choose跳过or开始休息. The selection of跳过window will close and start time again. The selection of开始休息program will start counting down from the set rest time (seconds). At this time, you should leave your eyes away from the screen and look at at least 6 meters away in the distance. When the countdown is over, the program will play a prompt to notify you.
That is, every 20 minutes, focus on at least 20 feet ( 6 meters) away for 20 seconds. Following this rule can effectively relieve your eye fatigue and protect your vision health.
