O site de Pezeshk-e-Khodkar

Pezeshk-e-Khodkar-Webaite é um site que pode detectar doenças de imagens com modelos de IA. Agora, está disponível para detectar câncer de pele (melanoma, carcinomas basais de células e carcinoma de células escamosas)

Instalando e executando o site

1. Repositório de clones

 git clone https://github.com/Pezeshk-e-Khodkar/Pezeshk-e-Khodkar-Webaite.git

2. Configure Venv

Você pode usar ambientes virtuais para executar o projeto. (recomendado)

3. Instale os requisitos

 pip install -r requirements.txt

4. Crie .env

Crie um arquivo chamado .env em pasta root e configure -o.

ADMIN_URL = 'Url of admin page on the website'

Além disso, se você deseja fazer upload deste site para um servidor (Debug = false), ele usa o MySQL com as opções de configuração abaixo:

 MYSQL_DB_NAME= 'Database name'

MYSQL_DB_PASSWORD= 'user's password'
MYSQL_DB_HOST='Database host'

5. Adicione o aplicativo Admin-Honeypot

Faça o download do Admin-HoneyPot e copie a pasta admin-honeypot na pasta raiz do projeto.

6. Crie pastas

Crie duas pastas chamadas media e models na pasta raiz.

7. Configurar o modelo de IA

Coloque o arquivo do modelo AI na pasta models .

8. Migrações:

No Linux, substitua python por python3 .

 python manage.py makemigrations
python manage.py migrate

9. Configure arquivos de static

 python manage.py collectstatic

10. Execute!

 python manage.py runserver

Executar testes

1. Crie pastas

Crie duas pastas chamadas output_images e test_images em libs/tests/ .

2. Defina imagens de teste

Defina as imagens com as quais você deseja a API de teste, em libs/tests/test_images .

3. Configure dataset.csv

Crie um arquivo chamado dataset.csv no libs/tests/ e escreva algo assim nele.

0 significa que a classe deve retornar falsa.
1 significa que a classe deve retornar verdadeira.

4. Executar testes

 python manage.py test
