读取当前和/或电压，并在SD卡上记录数据
基于基于Dfrobot Ina219的董事会
支撑从0到26 V的电压，电流为-8至+8 A（双向）
可调从5到1000 Hz的录音的采样频率
抽样缓冲尺寸为2,000或20,000个测量值
录音的日期和时间是使用Teensy RTC存储的
数据的可选零相滤波
