Malaysian telecom giant Maxis and Huawei Technologies (Malaysia) Co., Ltd. recently announced a landmark strategic cooperation. The core of this cooperation lies in the use of artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) technologies to promote the intelligent upgrade of network operations. Through this cooperation, Maxis will not only accelerate its digital transformation process, but will also significantly improve user experience and operational efficiency through intelligent self-optimized network technology.
Maxis elaborated on the broad scope of the collaboration in its statement.
