Scaleeval: Meta-avaliação escalável do LLMS como avaliadores via debate do agente

Este repositório contém o código -fonte e o link para o nosso artigo.

O Scaleeval é uma estrutura de meta-avaliação assistida por agente-debato que aproveita as capacidades de vários agentes comunicativos LLM. Essa estrutura suporta discussões com várias rodadas para ajudar os seres humanos a discernir os avaliadores mais capazes baseados em LLM. Os usuários podem fornecer seus envios, critérios e cenários de LLM com nossa estrutura para realizar meta-avaliação.

Comece

pip install scaleeval

Python 3.9+ é necessário.

Para desenvolvedores

Instalar como desenvolvedor

cd scaleeval
pip install -e .

Executar formação

Executar meta-avaliação

Critérios de amostra

• criteria/metaeval_creativity : pontuação de 1 a 5 para cada envio do LLM com base nos critérios de criatividade e decida qual envio é melhor.
• criteria/metaeval_helpfulness : pontuação de 1 a 5 para cada envio de LLM com base nos critérios de ajuda e decida qual envio é melhor.
• criteria/metaeval_interpretability : pontuação de 1 a 5 para cada envio do LLM com base na interpretabilidade e decida qual envio é melhor.
• criteria/metaeval_reasoning : pontuação de 1 a 5 para cada envio do LLM com base nos critérios de raciocínio e decida qual envio é melhor.

Sample LLM Perguntas e envios de perguntas

• scaleeval/responses/gpt3.5/brainstorming.jsonl : Respostas geradas a partir do GPT3.5-Turbo com base nos avisos no cenário de brainstorming.

Forneça seus próprios critérios e cenários!

Adicione suas próprias descrições de critérios a um novo arquivo .yaml! Siga o formato abaixo:

Forneça seus próprios envios LLM!

Colete seus envios LLM e salve -os em um arquivo .jsonl com o seguinte formato:
