Description

The "image_processing-test" package is used for:

• "Processing" module:

  • Histogram correspondence;
  • Structural similarity;
  • Resize image;

• "Utils" module:

  • Read image;
  • Save image;
  • Plot image;
  • Result of the chart;
  • Plot histogram;

Step by step configuration to host a python package in the test pypi test environment

• Installation of the latest versions of "Setuceols" and "Wheel"

 py -m pip install --user --upgrade setuptools wheel

• Make sure that the directory at the terminal is the same as the "Setup.py" file

 C:UserHenriqueimage-processing-package> py setup.py sdist bdist_wheel

• After completing the installation, make sure the folders below were added to the project:

  • Build;
  • DIST;
  • image_processing_test.egg-info.

• Just climb the files, using Twine, for Test Pypi:

 py -m twine upload --repository testpypi dist/*

• After running the command above at the terminal, it will be asked to insert the user and password. That done, the project will be staying at Test Pypi.Hhpi to Pypi directly.

Here the goal is not to use Karina's project to post on my personal Pypi profile, as the project is hers. I don't have any projects that can be used as a package yet.

However, keep in mind that Test Pypi, as its name implies, is just a test environment. For the project to be available as a package to be used publicly, it is necessary to host it on the PYPI official website.

Local installation, after hosting on Test Pypi

• Installation of dependencies

 pip install -r requirements.txt

• Package Installation

Use the pip install -i https://test.pypi.org/simple/ image-processing-test to install image_processing-test

pip install image-processing-test

How to use in any project

 from image - processing - test . processing import combination
combination . find_difference ( image1 , image2 )
