Chiron Sung HK is a Song font developed based on Adobe's Sung font (i.e. Google's Noto Sans CJK). The goal is to provide a set of traditional Chinese free open source font solutions with modern pen style, regional neutrality, and similar font orientation to common commercial fonts on the market.
The bold font corresponding to Zhaoyuan Song font is Chiron Hei HK.

Go to the Github Releases page of this project to view/download the latest version, and then install it to the operating system to use it. Fonts are available in a variety of formats, including static TrueType ( TTF/ Catalog), static OpenType ( OTF/ Catalog), TrueType and OpenType variable fonts ( VAR/ Catalog). In addition, the compressed package also includes WOFF2 web page font files ( WOFF2_OTF/ or WOFF2_TTF directories, which are in OpenType and TrueType frame formats respectively) for web pages.
The font name after the static version font is installed is Chiron Sung HK, and the variable font is Chiron Sung HK VF.
If you want to use this font in a web environment, in addition to using the font file in Github Releases, you can also choose the following two methods:

}Zhaoyuan Songyi is a derivative project of Siyuan Songyi (Hong Kong). The differences below are listed to clearly indicate the characteristics of Zhaoyuan Songyi.
Siyuan Songyi (Hong Kong) is based on the "Hong Kong Computer Chinese Character Reference Characters" published by the Chinese Interface Advisory Committee (China Consulting Committee) in 2016. The words shown in this document tend to make the printed body closer to the handwritten characters.
Zhaoyuan Songyi refers to the commercial fonts seen in the daily life of the public to adjust the shape of the font. Most of these fonts will give priority to the aesthetics of the words on display or printing rather than simply requiring compliance with stylus. Although Zhaoyuan Songyi does not actually comply with a certain standard, its selected words are believed to have been widely recognized in the regular Chinese community.
Zhaoyuan Songyi contains more than 6,000 adjusted words (including changing mappings and redrawing of word graphs). For details, please refer to the UpstreamDifferences.pdf file.
Locl GSUB Features Zhaoyuan Songyi contains the font codes covered by the Language-specific version of Siyuan Songyi (Hong Kong), but does not support locl (localized words) function provided by the original font. Zhaoyuan Songyi will only provide the styles selected by the designer, while the words from other regions will be removed.

More than a thousand new Chinese characters have been added to Zhaoyuan Songyi, including the newly added supplementary characters after HKSCS-2016, as well as other characters from Guangdong, Taiwan and Ha.

Zhaoyuan Songyi embeds a complete set of Source Serif fonts. It should be noted that the scaling ratios used by Zhaoyuan Song font and Siyuan Song font for LGC characters are not the same, so Zhaoyuan Song font should not be regarded as a direct substitute for Siyuan Song font.
Siyuan Songyi (Hong Kong) does not have real italic style options. Zhaoyuan Songyi provides a set of italic versions that tilt non-LGC characters and then embed them into Source Serif italics for use.
To take care of compatibility with early operating systems, the static, non-variable font versions of Zhaoyuan Song font (font names Chiron Sung HK and Chiron Sung HK Text) adopt abbreviated font heavy names. As for the variable font version (font name Chiron Sung HK VF), it is named in the same full-letter as Siyuan Song font.

Note that the upstream font does not have the normal weight, and it is newly added to the Zhaoyuan Song font.
In addition to the "wght" change axis that controls the weight of the word, Zhaoyuan Songyi has also added a "PADG" change axis that controls the scaling rate of Chinese characters. Adjusting this change axis will reduce the original Chinese character chart, but will not affect other set values. This is like adding an invisible box to the original Chinese character chart. Adding the "PADG" value will compress the Chinese character chart, increasing the distance from the box, while the original size of the box remains unchanged.
The legal values for "PADG" are 0 to 10. Setting to 0 means no reduction, while setting to 10 will reduce the word graph by about 5%.
In short, this font family is a static font version with the above PADG axis set to 6.
The Chinese character diagram of the "Text" font family is slightly reduced, which makes the distance between characters farther and reduces the pressure and makes it more suitable for internal text typesetting purposes.
Zhaoyuan Songyi adds SemiBold heavy master for selected small characters to improve the shape.
