This work is an integration tool to help clinical geneticist, eSpecially French-speaking. It also has a special mode for oncologic consultation and one hpo-based. It is based on pedigreejs and handesontable javascript modules to allow fast pedigree construction. Familly can be load (JSON or Boadicea Files) or Created from Standard or Custom Structure and then Completed Through A Table Or An Graphic Interconneted Interface. Numerous Export Files Are also Implemented (TSV, JSON, PED, BOADICEA). Finallly, one of the core feature is the automatic text generation based on the table content.

This application is an integrated tool to help clinical geneticists in the context of their consultation, especially French -speaking. It also has a special mode for the consultation of oncogenetics as well as a based on HPO phenotypes. It is based on Pedigreejs and Handesontables to allow a rapid construction of a family tree. The family can be loaded (JSON or BOADICEA files) or created from a standard or personalized structure, then supplemented via a table or a graphical interface, both interconnected. The tree is exportable in several file format (TSV, JSON, PED, BOADICEA). Finally, this application allows automatic text generation based on the content of the table.
