HIA-ASPNETPortal (從原本Codeplex上的ASPNETPortal fork而來，查看原始項目簡介)
ASPNET領域，自mvc領銜以來，webform的開發模式就日漸式微，在最近幾年更是被前後端分離的開發模式席捲的情況下，整個混合開發模式都不再流行。
但因為一些因素（運行環境老舊、舊項目體系的延續等），webform開發模式仍然適用一些企業內網的快速開發，某些內網bs項目仍然在此模式上開發和維護，基於此，我們fork了老的ASP.NET Portal Starter Kit 項目，在此基礎上，結合一些新的技術和思路，來完善和增強、優化。

In the ASPNET field, since MVC took the lead, the webform development model has gradually declined. In recent years, it has been swept by the front-end and back-end separation development pattern, and the entire hybrid development pattern is no longer popular.
However, due to some factors (old operating environment, continuation of the old project system, etc.), the webform development way is still suitable for the rapid development of some corporate intranets, and some intranet bs projects are still developed and maintained on this pattern. Based on this, we fork the old ASP.NET Portal Starter Kit project, on this basis, combine some new technologies and ideas to improve, enhance and optimize.
