usage

• press Block to block or unblock your keyboard input.
  點擊Block切換屏蔽狀態
• press Exit to unblock your keyboard input and exit the app.
  點擊Exit解除屏蔽並退出
• click the title iwck to drag the window.
  點擊標題iwck可以拖動窗口位置
