"m"is root 保證wiki.cgi有執行權限放到服務器的cgi-bin目錄，修改wiki.cgi的前兩句，第一個是解釋器地址，第二個是數據目錄，保證數據目錄不存在且有足夠權限，先直接執行wiki.cgi，設置好管理員密碼後打開服務器，訪問/cgi-bin/wiki.cgi
