1. Open the original image material, press Ctrl + L to open the color level setting panel, and enter the color level as 0, 1.0, and 190.
2. Select the eraser with a soft angle and apply it on the right side of the portrait to obtain the following translucent effect.

3. Select the background layer, create a new layer, and use a brush to draw the dawn effect.

4. Create a new text layer on top of all layers and enter the binary code. Set the text size to 12px and the color to black (#000000). Copy the code layer and set the text color of this layer to gray (#5a5a5a). Again Duplicate the code layer and set the text color of this layer to white (#FFFFFF). Hide these three binary code layers when finished.

5. Select the portrait layer, select >> Color Range, and select "Shadow". Show the black binary code layer, invert the selection (Ctrl + Shift + I), select the black code layer, and add a mask.

6. Select the portrait layer, select >> Color Range, and select "Midtone". Show the gray binary code layer, invert the selection (Ctrl + Shift + I), select the gray code layer, and add a mask.

7. Select the portrait layer, select >> Color Range, and select "Highlight". Show the white binary code layer, invert the selection (Ctrl + Shift + I), select the white code layer, and add a mask.

8. Merge all code layers, select the eraser tool with a soft angle to erase the code on the left side and the clothes, and get the following effect.
