1. Open the original image, double-click the layer to unlock it, enter the channel panel, select the red channel, execute the menu: Image > Apply Image, and set the parameters as shown below.
2. Select the green channel execution menu: Image > Apply Image, and set the parameters as shown below.
3. Select the blue channel, execute the menu: Image > Apply Image, and set the parameters as shown below.
4. Return to the image panel, create a color balance adjustment layer, and set the parameters as shown below.
5. Create a new layer and press Ctrl + Alt + Shift + E to stamp the layer, and use the Topaz filter to sharpen the skin.
6. Execute the menu: Filter > Rendering > Lighting Effect, and set the parameters as shown below.

7. Finally, use the Topaz filter to sharpen the final effect.
