1. Open the original image and use the Topaz filter to simply sharpen the image.
2. Create a new layer and press Shift + F5 to fill the new layer with 50% gray.
3. Double-click the layer to bring up the layer style, change the layer blending mode to "Hue" in the blending options, and check the R channel of advanced blending.
4. Merge all layers and select menu: Image > Mode > Lab Mode.
5. Copy one layer, execute the menu: Image > Apply Image, and set the parameters as shown below.
6. In the execution menu: Image > Apply Image, parameter settings are as shown below.
7. Duplicate the layer after applying the image, click on the channel panel, select channel a, execute: Image > Apply Image, and set the parameters as shown below.

8. Return to the layer version, add a layer mask and use a black brush to paint out the face and hands, then return to RGB mode to complete the final effect.
