1. Open the picture above and make a copy of the foreground layer [ctrl+J]
Click the channel button and create a new channel to get the Alpha1 channel

2. Use a rectangular selection to create a rectangle in the Alpha1 channel and fill it with white

3. Cancel [ctrl+D] and execute Filter-Brush Stroke-Splash on the Alpha1 channel. I set the spray radius here to 11 and the smoothness to 4.

4. Return to the layers panel and load the alpha channel

5. Press [ctrl+J] to copy the graphics in the selection to get Picture House 1

6. Fill the background copy layer with color #faf0db.

7. Duplicate layer 1 to obtain a copy of layer 1.

8. Execute Filter-Blur-Gaussian Blur on the copy of layer 1. I set the radius to 2.5.
Change the blending mode of the copy of layer 1 to Soft Light

9. Merge the copy of layer 1 with layer 1 [Ctrl+E]
10. Create a new layer and fill it with #faf0db
Change the blending mode of the newly filled layer 2 to Multiply and create a new layer 3, filling it with #bfe4f5
Drag layer 3 below layer 2, change the blending mode to: Color Burn, create a new layer of layer 4, and fill it with #faf0db
Drag layer 4 below layer 3 and change its blending mode to color. The layer relationship is as shown in the picture:


11. Finally, create a new layer and add a little old fragment brush to give people a decadent and old feeling.
