1. Create a new document, width: 640 pixels, height: 480 pixels, resolution: 72 pixels, color mode: RGB color, background: white.

2. Enter the words. The color I use is #96c3da and the font I use is "Bauhaus 93".

3. Press Ctrl+T to resize.

4. Then add a layer style “drop shadow” effect to the text. The parameters are set as shown below:

5. Add the layer style "Inner Shadow" effect. The parameters are set as shown below:

6. Add the layer style "Outer Glow" effect. The parameters are set as shown below:

7. Add the layer style "Inner Glow" effect. The parameters are set as shown below:

8. Add the layer style "Bevel and Emboss" effect. The parameters are set as shown below:

9. Add the layer style "Contour" effect. The parameters are set as shown below:

10. Then add the layer style "Gloss" effect. The parameters are set as shown below:

11. Click the New Style button, name it: Colloidal Character, and define a new style. Set as shown below:

12. Enter shop again, rotate, then open the style panel, select "Colloidal Font", and use the style customized in the previous step, as shown below:

13. You can adjust different colors.

15. Here we try to use the adjustment layer to adjust. We may find a problem. The color of the text changes with the adjustment layer. The solution is to create a layer group. Finally, create a Hue and Saturation adjustment layer.
