In this article, we use Photoshop to add cute heart-shaped patterns to beautiful pictures.

1. Open the image in Photoshop and create a new layer
2. Select the custom shape tool and select the heart-shaped pattern in the tool property bar.
3. Draw a heart-shaped path
4. Choose to load the path as a selection
5. Edit the heart-shaped selection - stroke (set as shown in the figure, customize the color)
6. Select--Modify--Shrink (5 pixels)
7. Do not cancel the selection, repeat step 5 (stroke)---step 6 (shrink)---step 5 (stroke)

8. Hold down CTRL and click Layer 1 to load the selection.
9. Press Q key to enter quick mask
10. Filter--Distortion--Glass, (settings as shown)
11. Press the Q key to exit the quick mask, edit--stroke (set as shown in the figure, color customized)
12. The completed effect is as follows. If you feel it's not bright enough, you can copy layer 1 until you're satisfied. You can also create a layer style glow effect. You can try more.
