In this article, we use Photoshop to create transparent glass effect letters. The method is simple and the effect is realistic.
First make a radial gradient background with the colors: #2e5b15, #103533, #090e13.

Then make a symbol, I typed it here as Q, the font is Adobe Caslon Pro, and the color is #41a993.

Set the layer style according to your requirements.

The effect of your own settings is as follows.

Hold down the CTRL key and click on the Q character layer, create a new layer, fill it with a white to transparent gradient, and finally change the layer mode to Overlay.

Ctrl-click the Q character layer again, create a new layer and move it to the top, then use a white to transparent radial gradient and set the opacity to 40%.

Make a semi-elliptical selection, then invert the selection and make a gradient fill to give it a glassy feel.

Use the custom tool, select the shape star, and then draw where appropriate for the text.

The final effect is as follows.
