Production steps:
1. Decolorization. In order to maintain better level details, we use the channel mixer to select a single color to complete the decolorization. As shown in the picture, select Single Color and then confirm.

2. Adjust the color and add a hue and saturation adjustment layer.

After adjustment, the following picture is obtained:

In order to increase the level of black and white contrast, first stamp the layer with Shift+Ctrl+Alt+E, then make two copies, and set the image blending mode to Overlay and Screen respectively.
Opacity is both 70%.

Get the following effect:

Then stamp the composition and adjust the curves to enhance the contrast. The settings are as shown in the figure:
