Method 1: Use Border to achieve
Select the inserted table, set the "Border" value to "8" in the property panel (it can be any value that requires the width), and pay special attention to resetting the "CellSpace" to "0", and finally pass the "Brdr color" to set the color of the border, here we still take red as an example, as shown in the figure
