For roads near residences, my suggestion is that apart from the need for upgrading, there is no need to build the same road over large areas. Extensive construction will only worsen our early financial situation. We only need to build corresponding roads next to the residences that need to be upgraded. Can.

This layout will not unlock all professions, and you need to build relevant buildings, office buildings, and residences in blank spaces on the map later to unlock them.
There is no need for demolition in the early stage, that is, there is no need to demolish some buildings in the early stage in order to keep the layout exactly the same, which will make you lose more money in the early stage. You must ensure that you have enough money before demolishing it. My suggestion is to build related buildings from the center to the right and then to the left.
1. Residence

There are certain conditions for house upgrades, which depend on the residents' income and nearby roads (whether the road is asphalt, red brick, or stone). As long as the corresponding conditions are met, the house can be upgraded automatically without any operation.
2. Residents
There are two residents at the beginning, and the residents we choose will come to the town later.
The number of residents also affects the level of the city. For the level of the city, please refer to the figure below.

Reaching a certain city level will unlock residents and occupations, which is of great significance for us to discover buildings and occupations.
If we want money to come quickly, we need our residents to have enough income, and the income of wages depends on the occupation type of residents. Residents’ occupations are discovered by working in office buildings, so we must be certain during construction It is necessary to consider the distance between the building that unlocks the relevant professions and the office building. The easiest professions to discover are freelance professions, ordinary employees and those that are upgraded based on them. For specific unlocking, please refer to the figure below:

After the corresponding professional proficiency reaches 100, it becomes a full-time job.
To unlock the corresponding professions, some also need to use the professional street. The conditions for unlocking the professional street that I have compiled are as follows:

My layout cannot unlock all professions and characters. This requires you to artificially build relevant buildings in the blank spaces of my layout to unlock relevant professions.
