Create a corresponding directory

After the project is created, after creating the java directory under src-main, it is impossible to create new packages, java classes and other files in that directory. Directory needs to be marked in idea.

1. Sources is generally used to annotate compileable directories like src. Sometimes, not only do we need to compile the src directory of the project, but we also need to use some other special directories as compileable directories, so we need to label this directory. Only compiled directories like Sources can create new Java classes and packages, which needs to be kept in mind.
2. Tests is generally used to annotate compileable unit test directories. In the standard maven project structure, the top-level directory is src. We will not set it to Sources, but the java directory under its subdirectory main directory, and we will set it to Sources. The directory for unit tests is src - test - java. We will set the java directory here to Tests, indicating that the directory is used as a compileable unit test directory. Generally, we configure this and the next few under the maven project, but I will talk about it first here. From this point of view, we can also see that IntelliJ IDEA's support for the maven project is relatively thorough. Resources is generally used to label resource file directories. Under the maven project, the resource directory is divided separately, and its directory is: src - main -resources, here
3. We will set the resources directory to Resources, indicating that the directory is used as a resource directory. Files in the resource directory will be compiled into the output directory.
4. Test Resources is generally used to annotate resource file directories for unit tests. Under the maven project, the resource directory of unit tests is divided separately, and its directory is: src - test -resources. We will set the resources directory here to Test Resources, indicating that this directory is a resource directory for unit tests. Files in the resource directory will be compiled into the output directory.
5. Excluded is generally used to label exclusion directories. Excluded directories will not be indexed by IntelliJ IDEA, which is equivalent to being discarded by IntelliJ IDEA. The code files in this directory do not have regular code functions such as code checking and smart prompts. Through the above introduction, we know that for non-maven projects, we only need to set src.
