The General Office of the People's Government of Zhejiang Province recently issued a notice on the implementation plan for vigorously boosting and expanding consumption, aiming to achieve the goal of increasing the total retail sales of consumer goods by more than 5% by 2025 through a series of measures. The implementation of this plan will effectively promote the prosperity and development of the consumer market in Zhejiang Province.
According to the implementation plan of the special action, Zhejiang Province will actively develop new consumption formats such as live e-commerce, instant retail, community group buying, and interest e-commerce. By 2025, it is planned to add 1,000 new live broadcast-related companies and cultivate 300 "green live broadcast rooms". In addition, the plan also proposes to renew historical classics and Chinese time-honored products, promote the deep integration of "artificial intelligence + consumption", create youth consumption hotspots such as domestic comics, film and television, digital content, and two-dimensional, and further stimulate consumption potential.

Zhejiang Province will also support the integration of diverse scenarios of e-commerce, develop second-hand product e-commerce, and encourage e-commerce platforms to build domestic sales zones for high-quality export products. At the same time, it will attract domestic and foreign brand owners to set up headquarters in Zhejiang to support and encourage the development of the consumer headquarters economy, and further enhance Zhejiang Province's competitiveness in the global consumer market. These measures will help build a more diversified and high-quality consumption environment and promote the sustained and healthy development of the economy.
