Recently, Beijing Shengshu Technology Co., Ltd. announced a major cooperation, with its video mockup product Vidu reaching a strategic cooperation with Aura Productions, a well-known American animation production studio. This cooperation will jointly create the first overseas AI original science fiction animation series, marking the official in-depth entry of AI technology into the animation production workflow, opening an industry precedent for AI video generation platforms to intervene in the creation of animation short dramas, and push the animation industry into a new era driven by AI.
According to the cooperation agreement, the two parties will launch a 50-episode short science fiction animation series, which is scheduled to be released on mainstream social media platforms around the world this year. Vidu's multi-subject consistency function will play a core role in the production process, ensuring the seamless integration of characters, objects and scenes, and achieving high-quality and coherent complex animated narrative. The video generation efficiency of Vidu 2.0 version has been greatly improved, and it can quickly generate high-quality videos in 10 seconds, which significantly reduces the video production time. This is also an important reason why Aura Productions chose Vidu.
The first trailer of the project is expected to be released globally in the near future.
