These policies cover technical research, enterprise cultivation, application scenario expansion and industrial agglomeration, and provide strong support for Guangdong Province's leading position in the fields of artificial intelligence and robots.
The policy clearly proposes key core technologies research and development support, encourages enterprises, universities and scientific research institutions to jointly carry out innovation activities, and establish innovation alliances around the artificial intelligence and robot industry chain. In addition, the provincial finance will provide financial support for major special projects that meet the conditions, and the provincial supporting amount of a single project can exceed 100 million yuan, which fully reflects the government's high attention to this field.
In terms of cultivating high-quality enterprises, Guangdong Province will encourage enterprises to integrate resources and improve the collaborative innovation capabilities of the industrial chain. For enterprises that have won national single championships, the provincial finance will provide a reward of up to 3 million yuan to encourage local governments to actively participate in and support the development of enterprises.
The policy also emphasizes the creation of application scenarios, and promotes the widespread application of artificial intelligence in education, medical care, transportation, civil affairs, finance, and security through the establishment of a provincial cross-departmental coordination mechanism. At the same time, we will organize the "robot +" action to deeply explore the application scenarios in the fields of industry, agriculture, urban management, medical care, elderly care services, special operations, etc., encourage cities and cities to open up various application scenarios, and attract enterprises to create typical cases.
In terms of industrial agglomeration and development, Guangdong Province will rely on key industrial clusters to carry out pilot projects for artificial intelligence empowering new industrialization, support large models and application solutions in the R&D industry field, and support no more than 10 benchmark cases every year, each with a reward of up to 8 million yuan, promoting the intelligent transformation of manufacturing enterprises.
In addition, the policy also proposes various measures to support the construction of key projects, enrich the supply of data elements, improve the open source innovation ecosystem of artificial intelligence and robots, attract and cultivate high-level leading talents, strengthen industrial investment and financing, promote the construction of standard systems, build a high-end communication platform, and establish an inclusive and prudent regulatory mechanism, to comprehensively promote the innovative development of the artificial intelligence and robot industries.
The validity period of these policy measures is until December 31, 2027, providing solid policy guarantees for the long-term development of Guangdong Province in the fields of artificial intelligence and robots. Through the implementation of these measures, Guangdong Province is expected to continue to maintain a leading position in the artificial intelligence and robotics industry and promote high-quality economic development.
