Delta Electronics demonstrated its latest intelligent manufacturing solutions, including D-Bot series collaborative robots and a variety of innovative products at the ELECRAMA2025 exhibition in Noida, India. This activity not only marks a major breakthrough in Delta's smart factory automation, but also demonstrates its leading position in the global smart manufacturing market.
The D-Bot series collaborative robots are one of the highlights of this exhibition. They are specially designed for smart factories and have the characteristics of high load and high speed. These 6-axis robots can carry up to 30 kg of weight and can move speeds up to 200 degrees per second, significantly improving production efficiency in areas such as electronic assembly, packaging, material handling and welding. In addition, the D-Bot series can also be seamlessly integrated with Delta's VTScada SCADA system, DIATwin digital twin platform and machine vision system to ensure accuracy and efficiency in industrial automation.
In addition to the D-Bot series, Delta Electronics has also launched 240kW DC fast charging piles and industrial power protection transformer uninterruptible power supply (IPT series), further demonstrating its commitment to intelligent manufacturing and energy sustainability. This EV charging pile is locally developed by Delta India's R&D and engineering team. It is 95% energy-efficient, compatible with OCPP protocol, and supports wired/4G GSM connections, which can meet the needs of various application scenarios.
Delta Electronics also announced it would invest $500 million in India, part of the company's commitment in 2015 under the government's "Made in India" initiative. The investment aims to expand Delta’s local presence in India and enhance its domestic manufacturing, R&D and innovation capabilities. “India is an important market for Delta and we are committed to leveraging advanced solutions to drive its industrial and energy transformation,” said Jimmy Yiin, Executive Vice President of Global Business Operations at Delta. He added: “Delta’s strategic investment in the Krishnagiri plant reflects our commitment to local innovation, manufacturing excellence and sustainability.”
Benjamin Lin, President of Delta Electronics India, also said: "Delta is proud to showcase our innovative intelligent manufacturing solutions at the ELECRAMA 2025 exhibition. We have always focused on providing solutions that can improve the efficiency, sustainability and resilience of the industry." The successful holding of this exhibition not only demonstrates Delta's technical strength in the field of intelligent manufacturing, but also further consolidates its leading position in the global market.
Delta Electronics’ D-Bot series collaborative robots, 240kW DC fast charging piles and a US$500 million investment in India are all important measures in the fields of smart manufacturing and energy sustainability. These innovative products and strategic investments will not only drive the transformation of India's industry and energy, but will also contribute to global industry standards.
