The war package is a web archive file. If the web project is turned into a war package, it can be copied directly to the web server publishing directory (such as the Tomcat server webapps directory). When Tomcat is started, the compressed file will be automatically decompressed. The war package facilitates the release of web projects. So how to turn the web project into a war package in Eclipse?

2. Select the venus project with the mouse and right click the mouse, and the following picture appears:
3. Slide the mouse arrow to Export option ->Export..., click "Export...", and the following picture appears:
4. Click the "Web" node in the figure above to get the following figure:
5. Select the "WAR file' child node in the figure above, and then click the "Next>" button to get the following figure:
6. Click the "Browse..." button in the morning to select the location of the war file saving, and then click the "Finish" button to type the web project into a war file.
