First open the game and enter the hotel, click on the task reminder below
Enter the mission and click the button under [Unlock Magic Garden]
As shown below, click to unlock the 3500 cookie icon under the Magic Garden
Finally, as follows, return to the outside of the hotel and you will see that the magical garden is being built.
