1. Open the original image material, copy the background layer, press Ctrl + Shift + U to remove the color, change the layer blending mode to "Soft Light", and change the opacity to: 20%.
2. The picture has a slight color cast. Let’s correct its tone below. There are many ways. Here I will only talk about the method used in this tutorial. Create a new layer and press Ctrl + Alt + Shift + E to stamp the layer. Click on the Channels panel, select the green channel, press Ctrl + A to select all, and press Ctrl + C to copy. Click on the blue channel and press Ctrl + V to paste.

3. Return to the layer panel, change the layer opacity to: 70%, add a layer mask, and use a black brush to erase the ground part.
4. The color tone is almost repaired, and the next step is to adjust the brightness. Create a curve adjustment layer and adjust RGB, blue, green, and red. The parameter settings are as shown below.

5. Next, we adjust the color of the sky, create an optional color adjustment layer, adjust the green and blue, and set the parameters as shown below. After confirming, use a black brush to erase the parts other than the sky.
6. Create a new layer, stamp the layer, sharpen the layer appropriately, and then do some beautification processing to complete the final effect.
