The non-mainstream colors are very casual and the production methods are also flexible. Especially in terms of color tone, you can completely adjust the color according to your own ideas, as long as the picture looks unique. 1. Open the original image and press ctrl+j to get layer 1.

2. Execute the image - apply the image, the parameters are as shown in the figure.

3. Create a new adjustment layer, photo filter, and parameters as shown in the figure.

4. Create a new adjustment layer, select the color, and the parameters are as shown in the figure.

5. Create a new adjustment layer, and the brightness/contrast parameters are as shown in the figure.

6. Create a new adjustment layer, hue/saturation, and parameters as shown in the steps.

7. Alt+ctrl+shift+e, stamp the layer to get layer 2.

8. Execute filter - filter library - dark line, the parameters are as shown in the figure.

9. Change the blending mode of layer 2 to "Soft Light" and the opacity to 50%.

10. Alt+ctrl+shift+e, stamp the layer to get layer 3.
