Although the colors are all mixed using commonly used color mixing tools, the key point is to grasp the color. The most important thing is to mix good-looking colors according to your own ideas.

1. Open the original image material and create a black and white adjustment layer with default values. After confirmation, change the layer blending mode to "Overlay" and the opacity to: 20%. The effect is as shown below.

2. Create a color balance adjustment layer and adjust the shadows, midtones, and highlights. The parameters and effects are as shown below.

3. Create a new layer and press Ctrl + Alt + Shift + E to stamp the layer. Then create a photo filter adjustment layer and set the parameters as shown below. After confirming, change the layer blending mode to "Hue".

4. Create an optional color adjustment layer and adjust the red color. The parameter settings are as shown below. After confirmation, change the layer blending mode to "Screen" and the opacity to: 30%. The effect is as shown below.

5. Duplicate the optional color adjustment layer, change the layer blending mode to "Normal", and change the opacity to: 50% to enhance the contrast. The effect is as shown below.

6. Create a curve adjustment layer, first brighten the RGB appropriately, and then adjust the red, green, and blue. The parameters and effects are as shown below.

7. Create a new layer and stamp the layer. Execute: Filter > Sharpen > USM Sharpen, and set the parameters as shown below.

Finally, adjust the character details to complete the final effect.
