PS draws MM straight hair into curly hair

1. Select the Smudge Tool (shift+R twice).

2. In the detailed toolbar settings, select 1 pixel brush, normal, and intensity 100%.

For versions above CS, please select "Sample all layers" and then create a new layer to draw. For versions below CS, please draw directly on the original layer.

3. Use the mouse to draw anywhere on the screen and drag the S line.

Continue dragging out some curls, as shown below.

4. Hold down ctrl+alt and drag the screen to copy the layer, then hold down ctrl+mouse to move to a certain area.

Pull out all the hair strands in the same way. The final result is as follows:
