1. Add a color balance layer: Levels value 12, 0, 0.

2. Add an optional color layer: White Medium Reduce Black -90, Opacity 50%.

3. Add a brightness/contrast layer: brightness: -5; contrast +5.

4. Add a curve layer: as shown in the figure:


5. Duplicate a background layer, set it as the top layer, and change the mode to color.

6. Add a solid color layer, the color is: R:0; G:66; B:78, change the mode to color, the transparency to 40%, OK to complete.

7. If it doesn’t feel very light yet, then continue to add one more step.
Add a solid color layer with the colors: R:160; G:180; B:255. Change the mode to Color and the transparency to 40%.
