Photoshop to create shiny orange crystal words

The text production in this tutorial uses multiple layers, including relief layer, texture layer and highlight layer. The advantage of using multiple layers: you can create more delicate textures and textures, which is suitable for the production of some more complex texture characters.

1. Create a new document of 800x800 pixels with a white background, fill the new layer with black, and add a layer style.

2. Enter the text as the foreground color #ffd200, the font Chumbly BRK, the size 250 points, copy one layer, and return the fill of the copied layer to zero.

3. Select the original text layer and add a layer style.


4. Select the copy layer and add styles.

5. The effect is as follows, the highlight effect has come out.

6. Create a new layer 2 between the two text layers, bring up the text selection, set the foreground color and background color, please sample my screenshot for the values, go to Filter > Render > Clouds.

7. Go to Filter > Texture > Patchwork, and change the layer mode to Overlay.

The rest is easy. Create a new layer with a white highlight brush as the foreground color and click a few times to complete the final effect.
