1. Create a new file of 600px * 450px, and fill the background color with maroon: #B02A2A, as shown in Figure 1.jpg)
<Figure 1> 2. Create a new layer and use the rectangular marquee tool to draw a rectangular selection as shown in Figure 2. Then select the gradient tool, set the color to a black and white gradient, and the gradient mode to a radial gradient. Draw the gradient shown in Figure 3. Do not cancel the selection after drawing the gradient. The following fill patterns are needed.

3. Create a new layer, select menu: Edit > Fill parameter settings as shown in Figure 4, select pattern fill, if you have not installed it, please click here to download. It doesn’t have to be filled with the same pattern as in the tutorial. After filling, press Ctrl + D to cancel the selection, then change the layer blending mode to "Overlay" and the layer opacity to 60%. The effect is as shown in Figure 5.

<Figure 5> 4. Create a new layer, select the elliptical marquee tool to draw perfect circles of different sizes, and fill the perfect circles with gray: #595959. After filling, merge the layers of these perfect circles, and the effect is as shown in Figure 6

5. Call up the selection of the black and white gradient area as shown in Figure 7, then lock the layer, and then fill it with white directly. The effect is as shown in Figure 8

7. Press Ctrl + J to make a copy of the character picture, and change the layer blending mode of the copy layer to "Screen". The effect is shown in Figure 10..jpg)

8. Create a new layer, call up the selection of the character, and then use the brush tool to set the foreground color to dark red: #880202. Apply on the character's clothes. After painting, change the layer blending mode to "Color". The effect is as shown below 11

10. Finally, add a text signature, and then modify the overall effect to complete the final effect.
