1. First create a new layer, use the rounded rectangle tool to draw the outline of the phone, create a selection, and fill it with gray. Add bevel relief effect, Filter - Noise - Add Noise; the effect is as shown below

2. Create a new layer to create a blue border;

3. Create a new layer and draw the black part in the middle with a rounded rectangle, and add some highlights to the upper right corner;

4. Create a new layer, draw the mobile phone screen, and add bevel relief effect, as shown in the picture;
