Step 1: Open the original image and press Ctrl + J to copy one layer, and execute the menu: Filter > Others > High Contrast Preservation.


Step 2: Create a new layer, fill it with color: #EF8905, and then change the layer blending mode to "Hue".

Step 3: Create a new layer, press Ctrl + Alt + Shift + E to stamp the layer, execute the menu: Filter > Blur > Gaussian Blur, the value is 5, after confirmation, change the layer blending mode to "Soft Light" .

Step 4. Create a new layer, press the letter "D", return the front background color to the default black, and then execute the menu: Filter > Render > Clouds. After confirming, press Ctrl + Alt + F to strengthen it, and then execute Menu: Filter > Noise > Add Noise, parameter settings are as shown in Figure 5. After confirming, change the layer blending mode to "Dark", add a layer mask and use a black brush to erase the character part.


Step 5: Create a new layer, press Ctrl + Alt + ~ to bring up the highlight selection and fill it with white, and change the layer opacity to: 70%, as shown in the figure.
