Of course, a good product needs good packaging. If you can create a suitable visual image for the product, people can tell the quality of the product at a glance. The following tutorial will introduce how to tailor a decent print advertising effect based on the characteristics of a product.
final effect
1. First create a new file of 500×500 pixels. Choose some similar colors, such as #144499, #1375C4 and make a linear gradient.

2. After doing that step, I want to add some gradients to our background. Create a new layer, then select the Elliptical Marquee Tool to make some selections, then fill it with the gradient from white to transparent as shown below.

3. Create a new selection and fill it with the same gradient. Your image should look like this.

4. Make a new gradient.

5. Okay, it looks very good, doesn’t it? Press the photoshop shortcut Ctrl+D to deselect and change the layer mode to Overlay.

6. The next thing we need to do is mark the place where we want to place the advertising object. Select the Elliptical Marquee Tool to create a circular selection, then fill it with the color #00387f on a new layer.

7. Use Select > Deselect or press Ctrl+D) to deselect and then apply Filter > Blur > Gaussian Blur to set the parameters as shown below.

8. Now select the Rectangular Marquee Tool (Feather: 5 px), create a new selection as shown below and press the Delete key to clear the selection.

9. After creating a new layer, press Ctrl+D to clear the selection. Select the Polygonal Lasso Tool to create a new selection, then fill it with white. Your image should look like this.

10. Press Ctrl+D to deselect, then apply Filter > Blur > Motion Blur.

11. Then apply Filter > Blur > Gaussian Blur.

12. Now set the opacity of this layer to 70%. Then proceed to the next step. Now we need to find some suitable images and put them on the canvas. The color of the image must contrast with the blue background, such as red. Use Google Images to find images or use my photoshop assets. Open the picture and use the Polygonal Lasso Tool to select the iPod on the picture. Then press Ctrl+C to copy the desired part of the image. Return to our main file work interface and press Ctrl+V to paste the image. Then reduce the size like my image.

13. Now comes the important part, we need to create a reflection effect for the iPod. To create this effect duplicate the ipod layer and flip it vertically using Edit > Transform > Flip Vertical and place it as shown below.

14. We encountered some small problems with the right earphone. Its reflection doesn't look right. No problem, use the Polygonal Lasso Tool to solve this problem. Create a selection for this headset and then move the headset down some as shown in the image below.

15. Looks much better to me! Now adjust the opacity of this layer to 35%.
