Final rendering:
1. Create a new 500X500 black background file in Photoshop, and use a brush to add some dots on it.
2. Press Ctrl+R to display the ruler, and draw the horizontal and vertical guide lines at (250, 250). Create a new layer, hold down SHIFT and pull out the gradient from the center (note, you must start from the center), and set the layer mode to Screen.
3. Filter - Rotation and Distortion, angle 400.
4. Filter - polar coordinates/polar coordinates to plane coordinates.
