Vous pouvez expérimenter avec Go-GTK en exécutant les différents exemples de programmes:

N'oubliez pas que vous avez besoin des packages de développement GTK.
Si vous utilisez Linux, vous devez installer libgtk+-2.0 et les packages qui dépendent de GTK.
Sur les distributions dérivées de Debian et Debian, vous pouvez exécuter (comme racine):
apt-get install libgtk2.0-dev libglib2.0-dev libgtksourceview2.0-dev
Si vous utilisez Windows, trouvez des packages binaires GTK à partir d'ici:
Il est possible d'intégrer une image Pixbuf avec:
$ go run tools/make_inline_pixbuf/make_inline_pixbuf.go logoPNG data/go-gtk-logo.png > logo.gen.goPuis le charger avec:
pb := gdkpixbuf . NewPixbufFromData ( logoPNG )La bibliothèque est disponible dans les mêmes termes et conditions que le GO, la licence de style BSD et le LGPL (licence publique GNU moins générale). L'idée est que si vous pouvez utiliser Go (et GTK) dans un projet, vous devriez également pouvoir utiliser Go-GTK.
