This version is basically the same as the news & article publishing management system V 2.1, except that it is changed to gb2312 encoding.
Because the system that has been released before uses UTF-8 encoding, some friends are accustomed to using gb2312 encoding.
Others are because the original program used by the website is gb2312, which causes the coding problem of a website to be inconsistent and garbled.
