Run locally

Because the PyAudio library is used to collect microphones, the macOS device needs to install the portaudio dependency first. See: https://pypi.org/project/PyAudio/

1. Install pdm
2. pdm install
3. Create a new .env file, and fill in the contents according to .env-sample (fill in OpenAI's API KEY)
4. pdm run tg/app.py
