UE4 integrates TTS text to speech, using SAPI5.3 version TextToWave parameters:

  • VoiceRequiredAttributes / String - required voice attributes;
  • VoiceOptionalAttributes / String - optional voice attributes;
  • Rate / Int - speech speed (-10...10);
  • Text / String - text to render into wave.
