"Chenyu Falling Geese" is my independent study plan at school and Wei Chen. It was written by Wei Chen and I, and I made it back. Handwritten fonts are like we copy words on paper, leaving the handwriting behind, encapsulating them in this almost timeless form, making the daily replicated without a shelf life, and it is also like an eternal call that can be written for you after anything that cannot be reached.

Chenyu Luoyan body is released using OFL 1.1 authorized and open source. For detailed regulations, please refer to Open Font License: http://scripts.sil.org/OFL
Under this authorization, this means you can...
In August last year, I began to pay attention to font-related issues. After accidentally seeing Wei Chen’s handwriting, I found out that it would be so cool if I could make a set of handwriting fonts myself! As we were in the 108 syllabus, the syllabus emphasized the spirit of independent learning, which gave us the opportunity to develop plans. So the road to research on handwritten fonts began like this...
But "everything starts hard", and our start was not so smooth at the beginning. We, who were not very familiar with the font, began to search for relevant information. Suddenly, we thought of the chondria of the YouTube channel "One Plus One" and justfont. We wrote a letter to ask for the pre-production direction of handwritten fonts, and received their sincere reply. They shared with us the key points to pay attention to in making fonts, and also provided us with consultation and technical guidance during the planning process, which became a great help.
We first learned the process of handwritten font production on the online font production platform - "Shou Writing Website". Later, in order to achieve greater freedom of production, we tried to disassemble the process and make it in our own way. However, the process of exploration was not available overnight. During that period, while I was digging in the Thursday, Wei Chen was writing on the side. The two of them were nestled in the corner of the library and working side by side for their ideals. Making fonts was boring, writing, revision and post-production day after day. Now, we were quite romantic. In order to fulfill our ideals, we took a detour at all costs. We also thought several times that we were discouraged. Maybe we really couldn't do it. It was the imagination of the results that made us persevere.
After the font was achieved, we also received a lot of praise. What's amazing is that we, who did not feel special during the production process, were moved when we first typed the complete sentence. To be more romantic, the creation of handwritten fonts is like copying words on paper and leaving the handwriting for people to use.
Looking back on the opportunity of production, the sentence "Hey, do you want to make handwritten fonts?" was finally realized today. After Wei Chen wrote these words, he would say goodbye to the age of sixteen. As the saying goes, the words are like the person. I hope she can look back in the future and see herself between the lines.
In fact, the font we made at the beginning of the plan was bold in Pentel Touch, but because the production goals and post-adjustment were relatively complicated, the font was not released after the manuscript was written. We then made a version written by atomic pen, which is the current "Chenyu Lost Geese" .

In the early stage of the project, when we had no idea about production, the first person we could ask for was justfont. At that time, I just felt very grateful if we could get some general advice. So I was actually very flattered when I received their enthusiastic reply and help. The help of the professional team has really become a great help to us. I would like to thank the designer Zeng Guorong and the justfont team for providing consultation, technical guidance and assistance in this project. Not good at speaking, but we really appreciate it.
Recently I often receive private messages to ask the following questions, and I will reply here~
Can free use be commercially available?
Yes! Everyone is welcome to use Chenyu Luoyan style freely. There will be no fees under the open source authorization. You can use the fonts in various places. Whether it is printing, various graphic designs, etc., it is very welcome!
Can it be used on your phone? How to use it?
Under open source authorization, you can upload fonts to any device. If it is on iOS, it is recommended to use the "Xiaobi" APP to copy and repost the text to a limited-time dynamic! (For details, please search for "Start")
If it is an Android system, according to current understanding, it is recommended to use InShot to import fonts~
The words on Word are stacked together!
The reason for this phenomenon is that Windows version of Word does not support the current font format (uneven width), which is a software problem. You can download and replace the monospace version! (In the download area above)
I was surprised to receive such a warm response, and I also thank everyone who is willing to donate to support us. Since the money received so far exceeded expectations, I decided to get the remittance information first. Wei Chen and I will discuss how to use the money received. Thank you again for everyone who sponsors and supports us. Thank you!
