An open-source Chinese font derived from Fontworks' Stick. An open-source simplified Chinese font derived from Fontworks' Stick.
Project Introduction
Because the pen is designed in a straight line like a pen holder, it is regarded as a cute and naughty font that also has a pastoral freehand style. I expand and adjust the shape of the Japanese font スㆃキ/ Stick produced by Fontworks, and edit and appropriately add OpenType features to meet the needs of simplified Chinese.

Simplified Chinese
① Including "Catalogue of Common Characters for Compulsory Education Chinese Courses", GB/T 2312-1980, "Catalogue of Common Characters for Modern Chinese" and "Catalogue of General Standard Chinese Characters".
② Some characters are considered to be design characteristics and are not modified, such as "家", "家", "家" and other characters.
Traditional Chinese
Since the current positioning of this font is still mainly simplified, there is currently no plan to supplement and modify the traditional parts contained in the original font.
Things to note
- I am not a professional designer and have not considered the aesthetics of the design, so it may look a little ugly. The characters added may feel slightly inconsistent with the original version, and there will be burrs in the outline curves of some characters in the new complement characters. In addition, due to the hasty time and no extra time to repair it, the splicing of some parts of the characters will be very stiff. If you have any suggestions for glyph optimization, please submit it in Issue #1. If you need to request to add characters outside the target range, please ask in Issue #2 and do not open a separate issue for easy organization. (The above two topics have been tagged with long term and have been topped on the Issues page.)
- Before filling in GB/T 2312-1980, there will be certain possible missing words in this font. If you don't mind font fallback, if you need to support missing characters, please move to Child Fun Sans Fusion.
- Since version 0.300, "Youquti" supports Unicode Variation Sequences (UVS) for curved quotes
“''” width and full-width punctuation marks ，．、。：；！？ For details on the selection of positions, the characters that support variant sequences and the matching selection characters are found in the "Youquti" variant sequence list. After the author's test, WPS Office and PowerPoint (Microsoft 365) software do not support this feature , so you need to pay attention to it when using it.

This font is a FONTWORKS developed and released by FONTWORKS based on SIL Open Font License 1.1.

- This font can be used freely for both individuals and enterprises, without paying, and without knowing or indicating the original author. (But I would be grateful if I told.)
- This font can be freely disseminated and shared, or installing the font in a system, software or APP is also allowed, and can be bundled, redistributed and/or sold together with any software.
- This font can be freely modified and modified to produce derivative fonts. Modified or modified fonts must also be disclosed in SIL OFL.

- When making derivative fonts, the font name cannot be used with the "reserved name" of the original font. This font retains the name "Youquti" and "Child Fun Sans". Based on the font secondary derived from this font, the words "Youquti" and "Child Fun Sans" cannot appear in the name; and without modifying the font source code, the recompiled fonts can continue to use the retained name "Youquti" and "Child Fun Sans" of this font.
- According to Article 1 of the "Limitations and Conditions" of SIL Open Font License 1.1, the separate sale of font files (OTF/TTF files) is prohibited.
- This font cannot be issued under license other than SIL Open Font License 1.1.
