According to the original project author's blog description, the font may have originated from UCDOS, or early WPS.
After my personal comparison, this font model should be from the early Windows system fonts. You can compare it by yourself through the screenshots provided in this article.
The Chinese part should be designed and developed by "Beijing Zhongyi Zhongbiao Electronic Information Technology Co., Ltd.", and the copyright of the word template is not in the public domain.
Therefore, this font cannot provide a license. When using it, be sure to consider it carefully and bear the copyright risks at your own risk.
