Deyi Black is a Chinese bold style that seeks balance between humanistic and geometric features. The overall body of the characters is narrow and oblique, and the details are integrated into the special shape of hand-painted art characters. The font supports commonly used characters in simplified Chinese (covering the GB/T 2312-1980 encoded character set and the "General Standard Chinese Character Table"), Latin letters, Cyrillic letters, Greek letters, Japanese Kanna, Arabic numerals and various punctuation marks.

Download and install

Click Releases to directly download the installation file package, which contains 4 font files:
- .otf and .ttf files can be used for desktop installation. Double-click to open the file and install the file according to the system prompts;
- .woff2 is a web font format for website developers.
The development version of this font is built using GitHub Actions where you can select the latest successful build results and download the corresponding Artifacts.
The installation method of fonts depends on the specific system or software. Please follow the corresponding instructions, for example:

  - You can also use Homebrew for installation, enter the following command in the command line (this requires that Homebrew has been installed):

Things to note

Some strokes and structures of this font adopt the morphological processing method of art characters and do not strictly follow the standard Chinese characters writing in mainland China. Please pay attention.
Use scenarios:
- Recommended: graphic posters, e-commerce copywriting, video titles and subtitles, book and newspaper titles, game embedding, etc.;
- Not recommended: text layout, programming code, mobile interface, etc.
