M PLUS 1p and M PLUS Rounded 1c are included in Google Fonts and Google Fonts + Japanese.
Progress on including other M+ variants can be tracked in the Google Fonts repo here.
Below exerpt are taken from M+ repository's README_E, README_J files and the official website:
M+ OUTLINE FONTS consists of a combination of a fixed-width Japanese font with two types of kana characters, four types of proportional European fonts, and three types of half-width European fonts, and seven types of weight variations, from thin to black (five types of half-width fonts, from Bold).
The M+ OUTLINE FONTS are distributed with proportional Latin (4 variations), fixed-halfwidth Latin (3 variations) and fixed-fullwidth Japanese (2 Kana variations) character set. 7 weights from Thin to Black are included, but fixed-halfwidth Latin with 5 weights from Thin to Bold.
The M+ P is designed to have a bright and relaxed design, and the M+ C has been redesigned with the aim of being well-organized when used in text. Both have two types: Type-1 (M+ P Type-1, M+ C Type-1) which is intended to be combined with Japanese M+ 1, and Type-2 (M+ P Type-2, M+ C Type-2), which has some characters replaced for M+ 2.
M+ P is aimed as sophisticated and relaxed design, while M+ C is optimized to be proportioned well in typesetting. Each have 2 variations: Type-1 (M+ P Type-1, M+ C Type-1) are intended to use with M+ 1 Japanese glyphs; Type-2 (M+ P Type-2, M+ C Type-2) has several altenative glyphs different from Type-1 to match with the design of M+ 2 Japanese glyphs.

The M+ M aims to create a straightforward font while emphasizing discernability, and the M+ MN is conscious of a new design for coding. Japanese There are three types: M+ M Type-1, which is based on the combination with M+ 1, and M+ MN Type-1, and M+ M Type-2, which have some characters replaced for M+ 2.
M+ M emphasize the balance of natural letterform and high legibility. While M+ MN is aimed at a new distinctive design for a terminal font specialized to programming. There are 3 variations: M+ M Type-1 and M+ MN Type-1 are intended to use with M+ 1 Japanese glyphs; M+ M Type-2 has several altenative glyphs different from Type-1 to match with the design of M+ 2 Japanese glyphs.
