Yozai Font

A Chinese font derived from Y.OzFont. A Chinese font derived from YozFont.

Introduction

This font is a handwriting style font based on Y.OzFont. Use the strokes and parts in the original font to create new words through splicing and adjustment (written out the parts by yourself with the mouse if necessary) . At present, the original font has been completed, including simplified Chinese characters corresponding to traditional Chinese characters, all Chinese characters in the range of GB 2312 (6763) , all Chinese characters in the range of "General Standard Chinese Character Table", and all Chinese characters in the range of BIG5 (13058) . Starting from version 0.860, zi2zi deep learning is used to complete the CJK basic ideogram 20992 characters, and a small number of extended Chinese characters will be added as needed.

Based on the original Y.OzFont, the literal size is reduced to 95%, and the display of Western and punctuation marks is optimized; the writing of some Chinese characters is modified to make them close to the standard shapes of mainland China. Since the original font is thin, starting from version 0.715, a new Medium (medium) word weight has been added.

Starting from version 0.717, this font has 4 word weights: Light, Regular, Medium, Bold; starting from version 0.860, the Bold word weight will be cancelled.

Things to note

This font is still in beta version, and some Chinese characters are still in Japanese writing. ~~And the font library is not very complete.~~ Plan: Correct the Chinese characters in GB 2312 to be written as the Chinese characters in mainland China, ~~and complete all Chinese characters in the basic area of CJK~~ .
I am not a professional designer and have not considered the aesthetics of the design, so it may look a little ugly, and the characters added may feel a little inconsistent with the original version. In addition, due to the haste and no extra time to revise, the splicing of some characters will be very stiff. But it's better than nothing. Everyone is welcome to provide feedback through Issues.
